How to apply

To apply for a copy of your matric certificate, you have to fill out an application form, accompanied by an affidavit

Supporting Documentation

A certified copy of your ID document/ Birth Certificate must be attached to the application form.

How long does the process take?

The confirmation statement is obtainable immediately after you have made a request and a copy of matric certificate takes 8 to 10 weeks.

What are the costs involved?

A postal order R55 for the replacement certificate and/ or R20 for the confirmation statement  made out to the Limpopo Department Of Education
